How am I going to have time for it?’ I've not only found the time, but I've taken on a lot of additional projects because I found myself having more time somehow which has been kind of strange.” Chris - What’s next after the 75 hard challenge: “Part of the next hurdle that I think I'm going to need to overcome is what happens afterward. Am I going to go back to pizza and doughnuts and sitting on the couch? Or am I going to continue with this same lifestyle adjustment moving forward?
